Chinese Tianjin Hybrid Celery. Variety originated in China. Smaller and more delicate than standard celery. Stems are thin, typically hollow and quite crisp. Medium green coloured young leaves and stems are used to add both flavour and aroma to stir-fries, soup and stews.
