Aimers International Chicory Culinary Blend Seed Packet

A colourful eye catching blend of leaf and both round and sugar-loaf head types. Makes for crunchy, succulent salads. Blend includes Batavian Endive, Red Verona, Treviso and Sugar Loaf chicories. Matures in 70-80 days.

Direct sow seed in a sunny spot every two weeks from early spring to early summer or later in summer for a fall crop. Planting depth is 6 mm (1/4"). Seed spacing is 2.5 cm (1"). Thin to 30 cm (12"), row width 45 cm (18").

Peak taste and texture when leaves and stalks are young. Best growth occurs in cool weather.
